Because we built this platform entirely from scratch without relying on bloated data collection systems we have absolute control over how data flows through our servers. This Privacy Policy details precisely what information we collect why we collect it and the measures we take to protect your digital footprint.

We operate on the principle of strict data minimization. We only collect data that is absolutely necessary for the technical functioning of the website processing your digital subscriptions and improving our content quality.

• Analytics Data We utilize Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns. This includes anonymized IP addresses browser types device form factors and geographic routing at the city or country level. This data is entirely aggregated and cannot be used to personally identify you in any way.
• Voluntary Communication Data If you choose to contact us via our official email addresses we store your email address and correspondence history solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request and providing customer support.
• Administrative and Creator Data For authorized users like Super Admins Admin Managers and Creators we collect IP addresses login timestamps and User Agent strings specifically to prevent session hijacking and brute force attacks on our backend portal.
• Billing and Financial Data When you purchase a Creator subscription or a premium username from our Digital Store your payments are securely processed via Razorpay. We collect your billing email and name for internal invoice generation. We never see process or store your actual credit card numbers bank details or UPI PINs. All highly sensitive financial data stays completely locked within the encrypted ecosystem of Razorpay.

2. Our Stance on Cookies

We take a very strict approach to tracking. We absolutely do not collect store or deploy tracking cookies anywhere on your device. Our custom architecture does not rely on third party advertising cookies to follow you across the internet. Any session management required to keep Creators logged into their dashboards is handled entirely on the server side or through transient memory that leaves no persistent trace on your personal hardware.

3. Data Storage and Internet Realities

We believe in full transparency regarding digital security. While we utilize industry standard encryption protocols hash all administrative passwords cryptographically and restrict database connections to local hosts the reality of the internet is that no system is invincible. We actively monitor for SQL Injection and Cross Site Scripting anomalies but we must acknowledge that data can be hacked. We cannot guarantee absolute security against advanced cyber threats and we advise all users to use strong unique passwords when interacting with any digital platform including ours.

4. Your Data Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you possess specific rights regarding your personal data within our system

• The Right to Access You may request a complete copy of any personal data we currently hold about you.
• The Right to Erasure Often known as the Right to be Forgotten you can request that we permanently delete your data and account details from our active servers.
• The Right to Correction You may request that we update or correct any inaccurate information present on your Creator profile.

5. External Service Providers

Awaan Vlog does not and will never sell your personal data to data brokers advertising networks or external marketing agencies. We only share the necessary transaction initiation details with our payment partner Razorpay to facilitate your Digital Store purchases and recurring subscriptions. Beyond this required financial routing we will only disclose information if strictly compelled by a legally binding subpoena or court order issued by a recognized judicial authority within the Republic of India.
