• The Free Tier: Basic backend access is granted to approved Creators, allowing them to draft, edit, and publish content to the main platform.
• The Premium Tier: This level unlocks our advanced digital toolkit, including custom URL modification, embedded code integration, and official verification badges. This tier requires an active and recurring subscription managed securely within the private dashboard.

If you choose to upgrade to a premium Creator account, your payment method will be billed automatically based on the cycle you select. You maintain full control over your billing and can cancel the automatic renewal process at any time from your settings.

3. Digital Store Purchases

Our platform includes a Digital Store where users can acquire exclusive digital assets, such as Premium Usernames. Because these items are entirely digital and transferred to your account instantly upon successful payment, they are completely final. We cannot process returns, and we do not offer refunds for digital goods once they are applied to your profile. When you claim a premium digital asset, it is securely locked to your account for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

4. Community Conduct and Moderation

We want Awaan Vlog to be a positive and engaging space. By using our platform, you agree to interact respectfully with other members. You are strictly prohibited from posting spam, harassing other users, attempting to upload malicious code, or doing anything that might compromise the security of our servers.

Our moderation team actively monitors the platform. We reserve the absolute right to delete comments, remove published posts, or permanently revoke dashboard access for any user or Creator who violates these community standards. If a premium Creator is banned for violating our rules, their subscription will be terminated immediately without a refund.

If you are an approved Creator publishing on our platform, you retain the primary rights to your original work, but you grant Awaan Vlog a permanent license to host, display, and distribute that content to our audience.

We work incredibly hard to keep our servers running smoothly and securely. However, the internet can be unpredictable.
